Product Description
1. Brief introduction of roasted corn flakes making line
Automatic roasted corn flakes making line adopts double-layer structure, has electricity heating hot air design, roller can blow hot air and slurry tank with insulating layer. The two tanks can works alternatively. Temperature is adjustable. Easy operation, easy maintained. Rotary roller drum adopts complete molding, without dead angle. Oil spraying nozzle can adjust the oil amount, spraying equally.
Features of roasted corn flakes making line:
1). Flexible configurations to meet different produce, budget and workshop layout requirement.
2). Vast raw material range to produce different final products by only one production line.
3). High automation and accurate control system to save labor cost and improve the quality of final products.
4). Independent temperature control system is able to realize zone temperature control, electronic induction, accurate & visual digital display.
5). Feeding system without material returning. It is unnecessary to clean barrel and screw in case of restarting or material replacement.
6). Screw adopts high-performance nitride alloy steel with strong wear-resistance and longer service life.
7). Food-grade stainless steel. Neatness and easy clean.
