1. Product description for the soya nuggets making line
    Soya nuggets making line is a kind of healthy food.The final products have high nutrition. Look and taste, which like meat; easy to absorb oil, water; without cholesterol and animal fat, So It's widely used in meat products industry, fast food production, deep freeze food production, and all kinds of vegetarian snacks and food. And The food is sliced into shapes of granules, flakes, chunks, nuggets etc.


a. Details of the soya nuggets making  line
1). Alloy(38CrMoAL) screw made by nitriding process, high strength and wear-resting. Self-cleaning ability, no need to discharge or clean the barrel and screw when roastiing or replacing of materials.
2). Adopting speed-adjusted converter on feeding system, extrusion system and cutting system. Food grade stainless steel twin-screw feeding machine, stable materials feeding in the whole food process.
3). Gearbox with aotomatic lubrication function, extending gear life.
4). Increased radiator on driving part for forced cooling effect, ensuring extruder operates safely.
5). Barrel with water-cooled circulation, raw materials not only for soya flour, also for corn/wheat flour with high viscosity. Different moisture-extrusion temperature ratio, whole-expanded and half-expanded as different type of products.
6). Cutting knife fixed in the die head seat, rotary cutting by V-belt drive.
7). Siemens(China)brands electronic parts used in the controller box, make sure the extrusion process driving perfect.
8). Main motor from Siemens(China), ensure its powerful extrusion and excelllent performance.
