KLD1000 500kg Type Low Temperature Bake High Protein dog food machinery produce pet food from chicken ,also known as new typw of pet food machine.It is different as extrusion processing for pet food making .
The Biggest difference between extrusion processing and Cold pressing processing ,is the raw material frame,the extrusion machinery must need grains starch as mainly raw material ,or else,it cannot shaped freely . But this cold press processing fresh meat pet food production line ,could used most fresh meat as raw materials ,because it just pressing into different shapes by pressing roller with molds on the roller .
Details of instant noodle processing machine
1.Flour Mixer: all kinds of raw materials ,meat,chicken,bone....mixing together and modify the moisture freely.
2.Pressing & Shaping Machine: This machine consists of pressing part and shaping part. The pressing part has 5 rollers and it is used to enhance the tenacity of paste and press the paste thinner to be belt shape by rolling compaction many times. The shaping part is used to cut the paste in belt shape into pellets shape by its cutting knife and make the noodles into wave shape by its wave former. The speed of pressing & shaping machine can be adjusted by controller.
3. drying processing: low temperature baking this pet food types,no need higher temperature.
