Introduction:

Microwave processing of meat products includes:drying(vacuum drying ) , thawing and degreasing.
Microwave vaccum drying drying of meat products ensures that the material is dried at low temperatures (below 38ºC-40ºC),amost completely retain the nutrients of the material.
Microwave thawing is directly heated from the inside of the material and does not require a conductive process,Thawing s piece of 25kg meat can be completely in 2 minutes from -15ºC to -4ºC. It aslo ensures the nutrition and noncorruption of meat.
Microwave degreasing is a new type of technical application to ensure that the final products taste delicious with low in fat content, meets the new requirements of modern human diet.
