a. Brief introduction for the vegetarian meat making machinery
Textured soya protein(TSP), also as known as textured vegetarian protein(TVP), vegetarian meat or vegan meat, a kind of meat analogue or nutritious meat extender is made through a process known as extrusion cooking with soy flour or defatted soy flour as raw materials. After the soya protein food is extruded from the moulds of extruder plant, the food is sliced into various shapes like granules, flakes, chunks, nuggets, steakettes(schnizel) etc. by revolving knives, and then is dried in a rotary dryer.
Characteristics of the vegetarian meat making machinery
1). Alloy(38CrMoAL) screw made by nitriding process, high strength and wear-resting. Self-cleaning ability, no need to discharge or clean the barrel and screw when roastiing or replacing of materials.
2). Adopting speed-adjusted converter on feeding system, extrusion system and cutting system. Food grade stainless steel twin-screw feeding machine, stable materials feeding in the whole food process.
3). Gearbox with aotomatic lubrication function, extending gear life.
4). Increased radiator on driving part for forced cooling effect, ensuring extruder operates safely.
5). Barrel with water-cooled circulation, raw materials not only for soya flour, also for corn/wheat flour with high viscosity. Different moisture-extrusion temperature ratio, whole-expanded and half-expanded as different type of products.
6). Cutting knife fixed in the die head seat, rotary cutting by V-belt drive.
7). Siemens(China)brands electronic parts used in the controller box, make sure the extrusion process driving perfect.
8). Main motor from Siemens(China), ensure its powerful extrusion and excelllent performance.
9). Different type and capacity of extruder for your choice.

Soya flour, defatted soya flour, peanut meal and so on.

All the machines are made by stainless steel and this line is with a reasonable design and with high aotomation; The screws are made by alloy steel, with building block system structure and self-cleaning function.
