Industrial Multifunctional Continuous Deeper Fryer Frying Machine is used in restaurant and all food industrial, also an indispensable machine in kinds of snack processing line.  It consists of stainless steel belt, control panel, motor & speed reducer, stainless frame, etc.
This machine adopts double layer conveying belt system to make snacks sink in the oil thoroughly.

It is widely used for extruded pellets, potato chips, banana chips,dough snacks, beans,  seeds corn, nuts, etc.

1, Electric heating fryer is used the most common one of frying machine, it uses the electric heating, cleaning, security, health and green environmental protection.
2, Oil temperature all achieve full automatic control, the range is from normal temperature to 230ºC, but can not exceed 230ºC.
3, Oil temperature control precision is high, maximum limit of 0.9ºC, lower limit of 0.9ºC (excluding the anti-oil temperature process).
4, The frying machine uses pure oil design, oil less, total time of oil flow improve, saving production costs. 
5, Fryer feed head with automatic slag extractor, when there is too much oil residue, it can be automatically discharged. 
6, Frying machine is designed with dynamic diesel filtration systems, when the frying machine works it can be automatically filtered. 7 Frying time can 7.be controlled by VVVF motor and adjusted the speed willfully according to the process.
8, Oil frying temperatures all used in digital temperature control, indicating the temperature accurately.
