Advantages of puffed snacks extrusion making machine:
1).The corn flour is the basic raw material in the snacks production;
2).The flour is put in the mixer where the water is added and then is conveyed through the screw conveyor till the extruder's feeder. In the extruder we will get the extruded product in the desired shape quickly;
3). The shapes will depend of the die to be used: shell, shrimp, ball, tube, ring, pizza, etc. After the extrusion the snacks are conveyed by a pneumatic conveyor into the continuous rotary drier for the product drying. From the drier the snacks fall into the continuous rotary seasoner and receive the spices (flavours, salt, fat or other spices). These spices are prepared in the flavours special doser which is coupled of pump and spray-ball;

2). After receiving firm order and down payment, we start to apply for the Visa to your country immediately; while the machines arrives your factory, our engineers are ready to start for the commissioning service;
3). 1-2 of our engineers will go to your factory to install and adjust the processing line to realize normal production at shortest time;
4). Our engineers have responsibility to teach the workers how to operate, clean, maintain and repair all the machines, until the workers could well operate the processing line;
