1. Description
Nutrition Rice Plant takes rice powder as main ingredient, and some other vitamin and mineral as part of ingredient is available as well if you like. The material is extruded into rice shape by the twin-screw extruder, and dried in a rotary dryer to needed moisture content. The extruding technique makes it possible to strengthen and solidify the micronutrient in the rice.
a. Raw materials adopts broken rice rice, corn, millet, wheat, oats, buckwheat, bean, starch as main ingredient, and some other vitamin and mineral as part of ingredient.
b. Products This line can be used to produce many kinds of extrusion foodstuffs, such as various snacks foods, core-filled snacks foods, cereals ect, we just need to finish it by adjusting the mould from extruder
1)Shapes. By changing the dies, same machine can produce various shapes rice,long rice, short rice, thin rice, etc.
2)Nutrition. By adding different nutrition, common rice becomes nutrition rice to supply rice nutrition to people, especially the people in poor region.That's why most of charity organizations contact with us to talking projects.
3)Material.Not only rice flour, the clients can add other grain flour to make the artificial rice taste good and with other nutrition.And rice is not only a food, it is a nutrition food, it has high profit.
